If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, cosmetics, skincare, and perfume are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@zarisstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages
- Zaris is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for support.
